Retail Brand Ambassador - Terms & Conditions

As a Retail Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

By filling out the Retail Brand-Ambassador application I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below: 

1. I am 18 years of age or older.

2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

3. I will:

  • Promote and market "W4W Products" products to potential customers.
  • Share brand message whenever promoting the brand.
  • I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.
  • If first orders are submitted without using my Retail Brand Ambassador referral ID, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one referral ID can be applied per customer.
  • I will not share my Retail Brand Ambassador referral ID with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from the W4W sales Team.
  • I will not sell or promote company product on unauthorized websites on the internet without prior written consent from company management.
  • I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
  • I will promote W4W products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
  • I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Retail Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unpaid commissions and all promotional assets effective immediately.

4. If I choose to leave the Retail Brand Ambassador program:

  • I forfeit any unpaid commission that I may be owed.
  • Any photos sent to W4W Products will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns at their discretion.
  • I will not disparage, smear, talk down, or bad mouth W4W Products Retail Brand Ambassador program in public forums or on social media.

5. If the company terminates the Retail Brand Ambassador program, all funds will still be paid on the specified payment date (mentioned below).

6. I must be an active* Retail Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.

7. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

8. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.


W4W Products understands and agrees to the following:

1. W4W will compensate the Retail Brand Ambassador for new referrals who meet the following criteria:

  • Customer must own or run brick and mortar retail locations within the contiguous United States
  • Customer must be considered a new customer and not have an existing wholesale account with W4W Products or its parent or sister brands.
  • Customer must be approached by the Retail Brand Ambassador & use the Retail Brand Ambassadors referral ID during their first order.
  • Retail Brand Ambassadors must provide payment information in order to be paid by the company in a timely manner.
  • W4W products owns the rights to use any images or videos submitted by the Retail Brand Ambassador for campaigns even should the Retail Brand Ambassador leave the program.
  • The Company may occasionally provide free products & samples to the Retail Brand Ambassador to help with the sales efforts.
  • Company may occasionally offer the Retail Brand Ambassador exclusive promotional codes to use for products purchased on the Company website.
  • Company may provide additional rewards, points, product awards, commissions, free products to top performing Retail Brand Ambassadors at its’ discretion.
  • If the Company terminates the program, the Company agrees to pay all owed commissions as per the Retail Brand Ambassador program terms.
  • The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Retail Brand Ambassador exits the program.
  • The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
  • The Company agrees to pay the Retail Brand Ambassador the owed commission 30 days after full payment is received from the retailer.
  • The Company will only pay commission on orders with approved referrals.
  • An approved Referral Order consists of the below attributes:
    • The Customer has at least 1 brick & mortar retail store.
    • The Customer does not sell the Products on Amazon or any non-approved website.
    • If the customer does have a company owned website and wants to sell the Products on the company website, the Customer must seek prior approval in writing from a W4W executive officer before offering any Products on the website.
    • All customers who wish to offer Products on 3rd party marketplaces must seek prior approval before listing those products for sale.
    • The Customer must be a new customer meaning that the first order made from the Customer came directly from the referral of the Retail Brand Ambassador. The Customer should have no previous interactions or have been in a prior relationship with W4W Products or its Parent or Sister brands prior to the referral made by the Retail Brand Ambassador.

2. The Retail Brand ambassador must still be in active* status in the Retail Brand Ambassador program at the time of purchase.

3. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Retail Brand Ambassador program at any time at their sole discretion without previous consent.


General Terms & Conditions:

1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.

3. W4W Products may discontinue the Retail Brand Ambassador Program at any time.

4. The Retail Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.


Payment Guidelines & Terms:

1. Commission payout will be processed 30 days after payment is received from the retailer.

2. Payment to the Retail Brand Ambassador will be made via Bank Check.

3. Payments to the Retail Brand Ambassador can also be paid via Venmo or Paypal upon request from the Retail Brand Ambassador.

4. Commission for the first Referral Order will be paid at a rate of 10% of the total order (after all discounts given to the retailer).

5. Commission for the subsequent orders will be paid at a rate of 5% of the total order (after all discounts given to the retailer).

6. Commissions will be paid for orders & reorders that are placed within the first 12 months from the original Referral Order date.

  • Reorders placed from a Customer who was referred from a Retail Brand Ambassador and placed their first order over 365 days ago are not eligible for any referral commissions unless otherwise approved in writing from an executive in the Company.

7. The first Referral Order must use the Retail Brand Ambassadors Referral ID in order for the Retail Brand Ambassador to be credit with the referral.

8. If a customer who was originally referred by a Retail Brand Ambassador makes a reorder within 12 months of the date of the first order, the Retail Brand Ambassador will automatically be credited and paid a 5% reorder commission (even if the Retail Brand Ambassadors Referral ID was not used or issued during the reorder process).

9. In order for the Retail Brand Ambassadors referral to be counted, the Customer must make a wholesale purchase with the Company within 90 days of first contact. Exceptions to this rule can only be made by an executive of the Company. All exceptions must be granted in writing.

10. The term "Total Order" does not include taxes, shipping, credit card fee, or other additional fees paid by the retailer.
